Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you request a quote, subscribe, or buy from our shop, we receive the details you type in — name, email, phone, address, and order information. Our monitoring platform also stores system performance data for installed customers.

How we use it. To answer enquiries, schedule surveys and installs, fulfil orders, send the newsletter you opted into, and improve our services. We never sell personal data, and we share it only with the processors needed to run the business (payments, shipping, email delivery).

Cookies & analytics. The site uses a minimal set of cookies for security and remembering your cart. Anonymous, aggregated analytics help us understand which pages help visitors most.

Your rights. Ask us anytime at info@brightfieldpower.com for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, or to unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click.

Retention. Enquiry records are kept for three years, order records as long as tax law requires, and newsletter preferences until you withdraw consent.
