Terms & Conditions

Quotes & surveys. Quotes are free, valid for 60 days, and based on the roof conditions observed at survey. If structural work is needed, we quote it separately before proceeding — never as a surprise.

Installations. We handle permits and grid applications, but timelines depend on utility approval. Workmanship is warranted for 10 years; panels carry the manufacturer’s 25-year performance warranty and inverters 10 years.

Shop orders. Prices are shown in USD and include standard warranties. Physical kits ship after a free remote roof check; services are scheduled within 10 business days of payment. Digital confirmations and receipts are emailed automatically.

Payments. Checkout runs through our secure payment providers — card details never touch our servers. Until a gateway is connected, the pay button reads “Unavailable” and no charge is attempted.

Cancellations. Cancel any unstarted installation for a full refund. Custom-ordered equipment already in transit is refunded minus supplier restocking fees, stated upfront in your quote.
